Review: Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T700
Sony has launched the new Cyber-shot DSC-T77 and DSC-T700 ultra-compact digital cameras.The T77 is Sony’s thinnest model at less than 5/8 of an inch features a 10-megapixel sensor, ISO up to 3,200, eleven scene modes, in-camera image management, face detection and a 3-inch touchscreen to boot, where as the brainy T700 has all the features of the T77 plus 4GB of internal memory and a hi-resolution 3.5-inch wide touch panel.The DSC-T700 also features updated intelligent scene recognition technology that can now select up to eight different scene modes,Carl Zeiss lens that integrates a 4x optical zoom, Optical SteadyShot image stabilization and even an anti-blink function that snaps two successive shots if it notices anyone dozing during the capture.
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T700 is available in various attractive designs (color) such as red, champagne gold, pink, dark gray and silver for a Benjamin more and it gives an elegant feel with a full metal body up front and sides.When 4GB internal storage combined with the 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD and the bundled Sony Picture Motion Browser software is what turns the camera into a digital photo album.The T700’s PMB Portable software inside the camera lets you easily upload photos or videos to popular social networking sites. The DSC-T700 also comprises Sony’s high-contrast Xtra Fine display which is quite good and supports easy navigation settings. Overall, the experience offered by the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T700 is enjoyable.
