The new Dell Studio 15 is the latest consumer grade 15-inch notebook joining the series of notebooks by Dell. The Dell Studio 15 has made his place between the Dell Inspiron and Dell XPS series by sharing their features and design. Backlit keyboard is an one premium feature on the Dell Studio 15 that helps it to compete with more expensive notebooks, such as the Alienware m15x, Envy 133 and MacBook Pro.
The Studio laptop is about 25 percent thicker and quite bulkier than its the 15-inch XPS series.The Dell Studio 15 uses Intel Centrino technology, including Core 2 Duo processors and integrated X3100 graphics.The Dell Studio 15 can be configured with hard drive upto 320GB and for better video performance user can use ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400-graphic card.The Dell Studio 15 comes in three different display resolutions, including 1280×800, 1440×900 and 1920×1200.The Studio laptop is also equipped with a Blu-ray disc drive, Sprint and Verizon wireless broadband as well as built-in media remote control.
