India Brings Up Its Own “Orkut”- Fropper.com

There’s not even a single youth studying in college,excited adult community,who at present don’t know what Orkut is, to add more to its popularity info. , India has a considerable 16.53% of Orkut users, compared to 55.32% of its native Brazil users, as on January 2008.

Orkut has been the undisputed champion pertaining to the field of Social Networking. Launched in 2004 it got pedestaled to great popularity,thanks to the services it offers.On  August 2007, the service claimed 67 million users.

Now what India comes up with is, its own social networking site “fropper.com”. Hope it excites users with something new, because as with the present networking services orkut already has its dedicated users from India. Fropper.com is counting on Google’s Adsense platform to reward its ezbloggers with the launch of ezMoney. It has Google’s automated AdSense which places proper ads on ezblog pages, once the blogs are posted and the revenue generated is shared with ezBloggers, says, Navin Mittal, Business Head, Fropper.com.

To reap of the benefits, bloggers need to create a Google AdSense account by proviiding their email address in the ‘Register with Google AdSense’ text box and link it to their ezBlog – or link their existing Google AdSense account with ezMoney.Posting user-generated and personalized content on the web and making them available to the world is prompting more and more people to log on to the net and take up blogging. Getting rewards and appreciation for the same will be an added advantage.
